Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well-being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations; therefore, we offer a variety of payment arrangements.

Insurance

Hiller Orthodontics accepts insurance from many insurance companies and is a preferred provider of Northeast Delta Dental. If you have insurance, we ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. We will determine the coverage you have available and process your claims at no additional fee.  The balance will be arranged for you to pay. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

Payment Arrangements

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees affordable while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policy:

• If payment in full is made at the onset of treatment, we offer a professional courtesy. If you have insurance, we offer this courtesy on your portion of the fee.
• To accommodate your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months interest free.
• For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa and MasterCard and direct debit.
• We offer a zero down payment third party financing option provided by Springstone Patient Financing.
• In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.
• If you have a Flexible Spending Account, please bring it to our attention and we will be happy to work with you.
