To get started with your orthodontic treatment, you just need to follow a few easy steps:

1. Schedule an appointment for a complimentary exam and consultation. You can call our office at 1-888-HILLER2 or request an appointment online.
2. Complete the Patient Medical History Form. You can complete the form online or we can mail a copy to you.

Your first visit

We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to our office. During this time we will acquaint you with our office and learn about orthodontic treatment. Our office philosophy recognizes the unique nature of the specialty of orthodontics and supports patient/parent involvement in the process. Dr. Hiller prefers this visit to be a relaxed and informal session where all are encouraged to ask questions and become engaged in the process.

Upon arrival, you will sign in at our reception counter. You will then be introduced to one of our Treatment Coordinators who will take a digital panoramic x-ray and also record your smile and bite with digital photographs. The Treatment Coordinator will also discuss your concerns, acquaint you with our office policies, appointment procedures, fees and financing, and assist you regarding paperwork and insurance claims. Dr. Hiller will perform a thorough examination and discuss areas of concern and treatment options to create your individualized treatment plan. Our advanced computer software program will help you better understand your treatment plan by allowing you to view fully animated images of similar problems and treatment(s).

Please plan on visiting with us for 45 minutes to an hour. At the conclusion of this visit, we trust you will be better informed about the benefits of orthodontic treatment and comfortable in choosing Hiller Orthodontics to provide it.
