2012 Smilemaker Scholarship Application

The Smilemaker Endowment Fund was established by Dr. Hiller to support and recognize anyone who, through community service, has “put a smile on someone’s face”.  Dr. Hiller sees this as another way to contribute to the communities he serves.  This award can be used as a scholarship for college, vocational school, or directed to any charity the recipient chooses.  It is administered by the Dollars for Scholars organization, and the recipient receives all the benefits this organization provides as well.

Past and current patients of Hiller Orthodontics are welcome to apply for the scholarship award.  The application Deadline is April 15th.
