What to Expect During Your First Visit

1. Warm Welcome:
   • Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and escorted to a private exam room. Both parents are encouraged to be present if the patient is a minor.
2. Comprehensive Oral Examination:
   • After listening to your concerns Dr. Hiller will conduct a thorough examination of your teeth, jaws and oral health. This may include photos, digital X-rays, or 3D imaging to assess the structure of your jaw and teeth.
3. Discussion of Findings:
   • We will discuss the findings with you, including any orthodontic issues that need addressing and treatment options. Feel free to ask any questions or express any concerns you might have.
4. Customized Treatment Plan:
   • If treatment is recommended, we will provide a customized plan tailored to your specific needs. This plan will include details on the type of orthodontic treatment best suited for you, the estimated duration of treatment, and the cost involved.
5. Answering Your Questions:
   • We dedicate time to answer any questions you may have about the treatment plan, procedures, timelines, or any other aspect of your orthodontic care.

Preparing for Your Visit

To make the most of your first visit, please bring the following with you:

• Any relevant dental X-rays taken in the last six months (if available).
• A list of medications you are currently taking.
• Your dental insurance card.
• We will send you a New Patient Form to fill out that will help us understand your dental history and any specific needs or concerns you have.
